In County Judge’s Court Walton County:

Paper practically unreadable, but it appears that SP Darby, judge, rules that a sale should be had on certain property in dispute by Laura C. Dixon against the estate of CH Dixon (appears to be for the support of Earnest and Eva Dixon, minor heirs). The following paragraph deals with the sale that DG McLeod will hold on real estate and personal property on April 21, 1890 at the court house in De Funiak Springs.

There is also a sheriff’s sale on the same page, which is also hard to read, seems to deal with a judgment against John D. Gray in favor of John J. McGaskill. CC of Escambia County is involved with the matter and several other people are listed in the article. Sheriff is John A. McLeod. Sale is to be 5 May 1890.
