Bank of Baker
The Bank of Baker opened September 8, 1916, with a cash capitol stock of $15,000 paid in full and $5,000 deposited on the first day of business. Bank business
was conducted on the first floor of the two story structure while the second floor housed the doctor offices of brothers, Olen and Jut Enzor. The building burned in
the early 1920's and was reopened in June, 1923 with just one story. The bank remained operational until the stock market crash of 1929.
