Our newest acquisition is this syrup kettle.  It is located in our park and will be used during the Heritage Festival on Saturday, November 1st in 2008.  It comes to us from the Tyner estate.  It can also be used to boil peanuts or even make lye soap.  If you know of another use for this kettle please post it on our Bulletin Board at the homepage.
